Material made from Polypropylene and weaving for strenght of fabric. Cutting and sewing by Barrel-neck. The good quality of filter cloth can support the filter press efficiency.
Caution
During insert the filter cloth and operation becareful about wrinkled fabric then can be leak during the plate. The stretch and shrink of the fabric during use will be effect to the efficiency of the cake.
Installation
Insert the Barrel-neck (Connect Type) into the central feed hole then pull the eyelet loop to the pin cloth at the plate. Tied it tight for beware the fallen.
The special fabric is use for electroplating such as chromium,nickel or zine. Use with the titanium basket to prevent the particle contaminate in the electroplating solution.
‘Life time
Depending on the characteristic of the fabric. Normally will durable for acidic and alkaline solution. Have to change when tear off or shrink then can not wear on the titanium basket.
Mechanism of dust collector bag is filtrate the particles in the air by blow the dirty air into the bag filter.After that release the clean air into the ambient.The fabric will trap the particles and dust at the surface. The good quality of fabric can be reach to 99.9% efficiency. The dust collector machine need a large area for installation. And have to change the bag filter on time.
Mechanism of bag filter is filtrate the liquid into the bag filter housing. The bag filter will trap the paticles and contaminate then the filtrate liquid will be clean.
The liquid that can filtrate can be water, chemical solutions, oil, sugar or other solutions The flow rate will depending on the length of the bag filter and the micron rating.
